Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At BE Company, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Several goods are exempt from returns, including personalized products, gift cards, and downloadable software.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items to be returned, and the reason.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide a return authorization number and instructions for the return.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If the return is due to our error, we will cover shipping expenses.

Conditions for Returns

  • Item Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as intimate goods, hazardous materials, food, and health products, are not eligible for returns.

REFUNDS

  • Before Shipping: If you request a refund before your order is shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • After Receiving Return: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Late or Missing Refunds
